11. It would be helpful id the techs and filter service orders by all that are due "today" This way they can only look at the ones that are due

    Yes, we have this language problem, in that we expect active to mean current customer/ location accounts and inactive to mean final customer/ location accounts. We do not want final customers showing in reports where we have chosen "active" because another customer is at that location with active services.

    We use this field to hold the map number of the location and would love for it to show on reports, especially location based reports where appropriate.
