Fund Accounting Entries
Need the ability to disable open credit applies when fund accounting is in use. Presently, credits are redistributed causing mixed fund entries. Another option is the ability to create an entry at the time of posting to review funds and make the due to/due from entry as needed for out-of-balance entries.

Default Autopay to Required Amount (Statement Balance)
When customers are signing up for Autopay, they are being defaulted to Pay Account Balance instead of Required Amount (Statement Balance). I am changing this based on the email notifications I receive. This should be the other way around (default to Required Amount) to avoid drafting more than what the statement said.

generate a NSF letter from transaction in history
add an option in history tab so when a NSF transaction is highlighted, there is a generate notice option available

Message Center Notes
It's extremely unhelpful that every location note appears in the message center box. There are lots of notes that one may want to stay with the location no matter the customer. It would be much more helpful to be able to chose what notes appear in the message center. It seems like that should already be an option since there is already a feature that allows you to categorize notes.

Delete Unbilled Usage
FP 91139. When making a metered service inactive - add an option to delete the unbilled consumption for all services billing based upon the metered service. Example: When making water inactive they want to remove the sewer consumption also and only bill the base fee. Presently, we only remove the unbilled consumption for the service being made inactive and other services continue to bill the recorded consumption.

Paying Final Bills through IVR
We have a customer who has two locations and one account number. The status of one of the accounts is current and the other is final. When they go to pay their final bill on the IVR line, it does not give them the option to do so. If a customer has just a final billed location only, it does allow them to pay it through the IVR system. It only seems to have an issue with customers with multiple accounts. Mobile Service Order Notifications
We'd like the creator of the service order to be notified once a comment has been made on the order (whether they get tagged or not) AND probably more importantly, we'd like the creator to be notified once the service order is marked closed.

Option to disable email communication for delinquency and shut off notices. Only allow email communication for billing.
We have a protocol to only use mail for delinquency and shut off notices. We do not want the customer to be able to choose email as a communication option for those notices. We DO want it to be easier for them to sign up for e-bill, but no option to hide the delinquency and shut off options. They have to email or call to get signed up for e-bill which is a PIA to both customer and staff. Have to keep the portal option turned off to avoid email notices for delinquency and shut offs.

Can the description field for Service Orders be expanded to be more descriptive?

Allow users to select appropriate NSF code, due to different tax jurisdictions
Allow users to select appropriate NSF when processing those transaction types either from the Account Control Panel or the NSF Wizard.

Customer contact wizard
It would be nice to have the ability to limit duplicate messages for customers with multiple accounts having the same email/cell phone information in each one. Some sort of filter to send communication to an email address once.

Add a Barcode on Service Order
Ability to add a barcode on the service orders for CSRs to be able to scan -- which would then bring up that service order in MSO or UMS to be approved or edited.

Saving Preferences on Service Orders
Each serviceman is assigned specific routes/service order categories. We would like for there to be a way to set preferences to what they see every time when they log in or could "save" filters. They are having to select every route each time they log in and since Routes need to be selected one at a time, it can be frustrating. Thank you!

When reviewing customer payments in the payment services dashboard on the CWP, can we see all reasons for failed payments to be able to explain to the customer when they call in for assistance?

Location Deposits/Statements
Our District has account deposits based on location. When a location is a rental property, we do have the option of having the renter as the customer and both the renter and owner will receive a monthly statement. Our issue is that when we print the first statement for a new renter, all deposits that have been made on the location will reflect on the billing statement. Even when the deposit was made 2, 3 years before. We prefer to NOT have this information reflect on the statement, as long as it was not processed during the statement period. Would…

use label Bad Debt in the place of Final
When someone is place in bad debt the account is still labeled at the top of their account as "Final". There is an icon indicating they are in bad debt but it doesn't jump out at you. It would be great if in the place of "Final" at the top if it would say "Bad Debt" and then if moved out of bad debt that would become "current" again

Accepting Dispute/Payment Reversals Yes or No instead of Automatic Yes
When accepting a dispute, there should be a yes or no option to do a Payment Reversal instead of and Instant one. This would help, since it takes a week or so to have the funds removed from a CUSI deposit into the bank and it can cross over months

Posting Report (from reporting menu) -- allow multiple and range of sessions
Using the posting report from the reporting menu, it allows you to select by transaction date and session #.
It would be nice to allow multiple sessions or a range of sessions.
In the transaction date selection option, you have the ability to enter the time, but it doesn't take the time into account. This would be a nice feature too.
