  3. Disallowed Payment Method Security - ADD

    Place security settings on Disallowed Payment Methods, and whether or not we will accept payments from a customer. This is a back office decision and not a CSR decision. We have had a couple CSR's check the "Do Not Accept Any Payment" boxes on accident not knowing how it would effect that customer. Thank you.

  4. Filter by autopayment customer

    We would like to be able to send email notifications to our autopay customers . To do that we need to filter out customers who autopay. Being able to filter by credit card or bank would be a plus.

  5. Payment Screen: Expand Reference Field to Allow More than 26 Characters

    In the payment screen, the by reference space is limited (an enhancement request)and is currently set to 26 characters. Could it be increased?

  6. Accepting Dispute/Payment Reversals Yes or No instead of Automatic Yes

    When accepting a dispute, there should be a yes or no option to do a Payment Reversal instead of and Instant one. This would help, since it takes a week or so to have the funds removed from a CUSI deposit into the bank and it can cross over months

  7. Posting Report (from reporting menu) -- allow multiple and range of sessions

    Using the posting report from the reporting menu, it allows you to select by transaction date and session #.

    It would be nice to allow multiple sessions or a range of sessions.

    In the transaction date selection option, you have the ability to enter the time, but it doesn't take the time into account. This would be a nice feature too.

  8. Plants/Wells set as wells for gallons pumped and not standard account for gallons billed

    My plants/wells are currently set up as a standard account. My old system accounted for these being wells and treated them as such utilizing the gallons as pumped and not used. It would then put it on a report with the gallons billed to create the percentage and gallons of water loss for the month. As it is, we have to calculate the consumption for the plants and then put it in the operations summary in order to view the percentage of water loss. It would be really nice to have this automated.

  9. Rate Code List Report Enhancement

    Add same limit and code filter options that are available on other reports to the Rate Code List report. Also add date range option so you can filter by the effective date of the rates.

  12. Sewer on and off date options for customers that are considered snowbirds

    Currently we do not have the option to stop and turn on the sewer services for customers that leave for 1 plus months out of the year. They receive a base rate of $23 for having a water meter; but will not be charge for the 10 plus days they were still occupying the house for
    sewer services. By having this ability, it would eliminate human error to remember to turn the services back on.

  13. Improve CSV files so that when export consumption data accounts with a high low meter or meter change out are accurate.

    When I am running a Consumption report and there are accounts with either high/low meters or meter change outs and I export the data the CSV file carries both the consumption and charges for those accounts double. This means the report is inaccurate and not able to be used as is. Further you would have no idea that this is happening unless you comb through the report which is not realistic.   14. Location ID Sort in Billing

    During billing, you can't sort the Meter Exceptions by Location ID order. I would have to export report and sort, then disseminate to field for rereads. Instead, I am running them from Reporting Tab, Meter Exceptions. Logically, everything you need for billings, should be accessible through the billing tab. Trying to explain why we use the dates we do for the UNREAD list in Reporting = a 'does not compute Will Robinson' issue. Thank you

  18. Tax Exempt Certificate Management

    A business customer has a meter with usage and should not be incurring sales tax because they have a tax exemption certificate. These tax exemption certificates have an expiration date. Please add the ability for a customer account to have information regarding tax exemption: active or inactive and the expiration date. We need to send out reminders to those customers when their tax exemption is expiring so we can get their updated certificate. It is also an onboarding step for new business customers to ask for their certificate if they have one.

  19. Mobile Service Orders Options

    We'd like to be able to limit the completed MSO's on the map. This way the tech can see what orders are nearby that still need completed via the map. We'd also like additional options for the tech to select days, routes, etc on the map to view upcoming orders.
