  1. Reject changes to or enrollment in Auto-Drafts on CWP within fixed number of days of next Auto-Draft

    Customers should not be able to make changes to their Auto-Draft on the CWP within a fixed number of days of the next scheduled auto-draft payment. If the auto-draft file has been created the customer's change would not be caught, and the customer might think their change would be effective immediately, resulting in angry customers and additional work for staff.

  3. CWP 2.0 and CWP 3.0 Linked Accounts

    Add the location number to the Linked Accounts drop down. It's difficult selecting the proper location no when only the address is presented.

  4. Allow for relocation/moving message boxes & pics on Web Portal.

    Make it possible for users to move/relocate/resize messages & photos that they have uploaded to prevent one from overlapping the other. It would keep the web portal looking much cleaner and easier for customers to read/view what we put on the portal for them to see - which is important information.

  5. Zip + 4 When Submitting Payment

    Ticket 86424 remove the +4 from CWP when submitting payment. Most customers do not know their +4 and only the first 5 are required for zip verification.

  6. Show Pending Merchant Payments, when Pending after Timeout

    Whenever a payment fails to Post Back automatically to the Billing system, show that Pending Payment on the Account History page or in the Payment History widget on the Customer Dashboard. Similar to how pending payments are shown highlighted in Red when using the Gateway Reconciliation Tool.

    Thank you for your valuable feedback regarding the user login experience. We have reviewed your suggestions thoroughly and appreciate the detailed input you provided.

    We are excited to inform you that we are planning an entirely new user login experience with CWP 3.0, which is slated for release in late 2025. This new version will address many of the points you raised, including:

    • Unified Registration and Login: We will streamline the process by having a single place for users to register for a new account and log in, eliminating any duplication.
    • Improved Login Box: The login box will provide clear guidance on required fields, making the process more intuitive and user-friendly.
    • Enhanced Instructions: We will provide clearer instructions on what to do if users forget their username or password.
