  1. Billing Review Calculations: Add Export Option

    On the review calculations tab under billing, you should be able to export the calculations into a grid like you were able to do in CBSW. This was extremely helpful when trying to balance the billing and finding any errors. It took minutes to find any calculation errors versus having to print the billing edit list or review calculations page and going line by line.

  3. billing exception list/changeouts - create single line review

    when going through the change-out billing exception's, it would be nice to have a single review screen where you can review/edit prior/current dates and readings and usages on both meters. instead of having to go to two different places.

  5. Emergency Contact List - Limit search

    Currently the emergency contact list only allows you to search by street. Having the ability to narrow that search down to a certain range of house numbers (ex: 2010 - 2026) would be helpful because the notification would only be sent to the affected customers instead of the entire street.

  6. Unbilled usage needs to be displayed in the usage tab.

    This will allow quicker responses to customers inquiring about the new meter read.

  7. Printing Bills

    When printing the bills in UB4, there should be a way to sort by zip code + customer name. There should also be a way that when it prints by zip code, that it prints with the lowest zip code first like it did in CBSW. The billing is printing in an opposite order than it used to and it is taking a lot longer to sort through the billing.

  8. Add customer names to the route resequence screent

    It is easier to move a customer to the correct read position if you will include customer names in the resequence a route screen.

  9. Enhance reports to list the total of the columns/categories

    Currently in certain reports, like the Rate Study Report, the dollar totals are not calculated and displayed at the end of the report so we have to either manually add them up, or export it into CSV to total them. It would be nice if the total for all categories in a report showed as the final line in the report.

  10. Automatic email generated to customer if change made on their account

    When a change, like an address change, is made on an account where that customer is signed up for the web portal, an email is automictically generated to them. in the body of the email that is sent to the customer there is a box in the upper left hand corner that has nothing in it. It says click on the "x" to see image. It would be nice if the box could be removed all together or if maybe our company logo can go in it.

  11. Edit of unposted payment on account screen - doesn't let you change from cash to check

    I went to edit an unposted payment. Wanted to change it from CASH to CHECK. Even though it gives you the option when you click on the black drop down arrow to switch it from cash to check, it doesn’t let you save it. You must delete the unposted payment and repost it.

    My suggestion it..... Since the black drop down arrow is already there and you CAN switch it back and forth from cash to check, Why not allow you to just SAVE it. Why is the black drop down arrow even there if you can't do it?

  12. cash tendered

    When going to post your deposit for the day and you look at batch management it says cash tendered not cash accepted. I don't care how much cash was tendered I care what should be in my money draw.

  13. Expiration Date Disallow Payment Methods

    An expiration date is needed to disallow payment methods. There is no mass way to reset or mass clear disallowed payment methods. Many utilities want these to expire after 12 months.

  15. Easily Add Email Address to Account

    When emailing a statement/receipt from the history tab of the ACP the email address populates if we have one saved for that customer. If not, the user has the option to type in the email address. Please consider adding a check box that would allow the user to save the email address to the account that they type in. See image attached.

  16. Transfers

    When completing a property transfer with an account that has a prior balance, there should be an option to put the due date of the charges like in CBSW. This is causing our penalties to be out of balance and we are having to make adjustments to the accounts.

  17. billing exception edit list - color code when account is reviewed

    When going through the billing exception edit list by manual review. It would be nice if the account changed color after it was reviewed then you will know where to pick up if you got side tracked or had to leave that screen and come back.

    Right now they seem to be in a random order, or listed oldest first. The most recent Note or Message should be at the top of the list.

  20. Have the Capability of Editing the Read Type on the Customer Control Panel Level

    In UMS you're able to edit the Read type by going to Location > Manage Installations > On the meter click 'Edit Item' > Meter > Select your Register > Change Read Type there

    In UB4 Go to Devices > Search for Meter > click on Meter > Make the Changes there

    That process is fine, however we would like to be able to change the Read Type in the Control Panel based level also.
