Link to my CWP from my UB4 Dashboard
It would be convenient to be able to get to CWP from within the UB4 UI.
I think the UB4 Dashboard would be a logical place for a link to my CWP.
Bonus points for single sign on, i.e. if I am logged in to UB4 as an admin, then automatically log me in to CWP as an admin.

Email History on Customer Account
When sending an email through the customers account it is not keeping the history of that email on the customers account. It is putting it in the MASS communications section. All emails sent should show up on customers accounts, and the actual email should be there, not just a notice that says one was sent.

Portal Template Messages
We received an email from a customer stating that she received an email when we updated/changed her mailing address. So making the simplest of changes like spelling out DRIVE would generate an email. I understand that this function was set up for transparency but it causes confusion for the customer and generates unnecessary phones calls or emails from the customer. It would be nice if each template had an on/off function added to it.

Emergency Contact List - Limit search
Currently the emergency contact list only allows you to search by street. Having the ability to narrow that search down to a certain range of house numbers (ex: 2010 - 2026) would be helpful because the notification would only be sent to the affected customers instead of the entire street.

billing exception edit list - color code when account is reviewed
When going through the billing exception edit list by manual review. It would be nice if the account changed color after it was reviewed then you will know where to pick up if you got side tracked or had to leave that screen and come back.

Mass Customer Contact Filter & Import Options
UB4 already supports Customer Contact Wizard for targeted communication campaigns, including multi-channel messaging (Email, SMS, & IVR notifications). However, the current targeting relies on filters like service cycles, routes, and custom User Code criteria—not direct account imports. This request is to propose adding the ability to import a CSV file of Account Numbers to target for Informational Messages, similar to functionality available in UMS. Utilities often need to communicate with a specific subset of customers (e.g., backflow notifications or general informational service updates) that cannot be easily filtered by existing criteria options. batch management numbers and amounts
on the batch management screen, there are two boxes for the total and the number of transactions, but those boxes never generate data. You have to open the details to see what is in that batch. It would be great if it would populate as entries are put into a batch or at the very minimum when the batch is posted.

Expiration Date Disallow Payment Methods
An expiration date is needed to disallow payment methods. There is no mass way to reset or mass clear disallowed payment methods. Many utilities want these to expire after 12 months.

Billing Review Calculations: Add Export Option
On the review calculations tab under billing, you should be able to export the calculations into a grid like you were able to do in CBSW. This was extremely helpful when trying to balance the billing and finding any errors. It took minutes to find any calculation errors versus having to print the billing edit list or review calculations page and going line by line.

Create a company option for No Credit Card Payments after X disputes for accounts.

Assigning Field Operators to Service Orders
We need to be able assign a field operator to a service order without having to create and pay for additional users that do not utilize the mobile service order program. In our situation, the field operators do not access the mobile service order program nor the billing program. We need the ability to assign operators to service orders for our records. We were able to do this with CBSW by assigning the work order to a "worker code", new user creation was not necessary.

Viewing Past Due Balances for Accounts with Multiple Locations
We would like to see the past due balances total up somewhere. We have customers with many locations and to have to total them outside of the program just seems to not be very helpful and takes longer to post a payment. Trying to save time and work easier not harder.

Amount Due in Search Results
We need when you go into account search to be able to see the $ amount due on the screen that comes up and
not have to hit the drop down arrow to find the amount. We have several landlords with multiple accounts and
they come in and want to know what total due is. It is taking us several minutes on landlord accounts with several accounts to find the total due. I would like to see the $ amount next to current.5 votes -

Replace pages with scrolling for things like review calculations, devices, and so on.

It would be so much better to preview the bills before post and create. This will cut down on error billing and billing date errors.

Password Requirements
When customers are creating new account usernames and passwords, it should pop up and tell them what the requirements are for those items (i.e.- length, upper case, lower case, a number, etc.)

Show the 12 month customer average on the account.
Most all utilities have an average available on customer accounts and on customer bills. The average can help customers compare their previous usages and allow us to share the info quickly without running a report for an individual customer.
