  1. Allow users to select appropriate NSF code, due to different tax jurisdictions

    Allow users to select appropriate NSF when processing those transaction types either from the Account Control Panel or the NSF Wizard.

    Example - we have two codes for NSF due to varying tax jurisdictions.

  2. Allow any UMS user to access the CWP

    Allow employee's to be able to view the CWP as an Admin and not only a CSR.

    This way I do not have to give Admin access to employee's that really do not need it. They can be set up under their designated role, but also be able to look up batches, e-payments, etc. in the CWP

  3. Mobile Service Order Notifications

    We'd like the creator of the service order to be notified once a comment has been made on the order (whether they get tagged or not) AND probably more importantly, we'd like the creator to be notified once the service order is marked closed.

  4. Add a Barcode on Service Order

    Ability to add a barcode on the service orders for CSRs to be able to scan -- which would then bring up that service order in MSO or UMS to be approved or edited.

  5. Saving Preferences on Service Orders

    Each serviceman is assigned specific routes/service order categories. We would like for there to be a way to set preferences to what they see every time when they log in or could "save" filters. They are having to select every route each time they log in and since Routes need to be selected one at a time, it can be frustrating. Thank you!

  6. Customer contact wizard

    It would be nice to have the ability to limit duplicate messages for customers with multiple accounts having the same email/cell phone information in each one. Some sort of filter to send communication to an email address once.

  7. Location Deposits/Statements

    Our District has account deposits based on location. When a location is a rental property, we do have the option of having the renter as the customer and both the renter and owner will receive a monthly statement. Our issue is that when we print the first statement for a new renter, all deposits that have been made on the location will reflect on the billing statement. Even when the deposit was made 2, 3 years before. We prefer to NOT have this information reflect on the statement, as long as it was not processed during the statement period. Would…

  8. use label Bad Debt in the place of Final

    When someone is place in bad debt the account is still labeled at the top of their account as "Final". There is an icon indicating they are in bad debt but it doesn't jump out at you. It would be great if in the place of "Final" at the top if it would say "Bad Debt" and then if moved out of bad debt that would become "current" again

  10. Accepting Dispute/Payment Reversals Yes or No instead of Automatic Yes

    When accepting a dispute, there should be a yes or no option to do a Payment Reversal instead of and Instant one. This would help, since it takes a week or so to have the funds removed from a CUSI deposit into the bank and it can cross over months

  11. Posting Report (from reporting menu) -- allow multiple and range of sessions

    Using the posting report from the reporting menu, it allows you to select by transaction date and session #.

    It would be nice to allow multiple sessions or a range of sessions.

    In the transaction date selection option, you have the ability to enter the time, but it doesn't take the time into account. This would be a nice feature too.

  12. Draft information change/editing audit tracking

    When "editing" the existing auto payment record on a customer account, if you leave the auto field as bank account and just change the bank routing or account number, this change does not show in the audit tab. For auditing purposes, it would be beneficial if all changes showed.

  15. Improve CSV files so that when export consumption data accounts with a high low meter or meter change out are accurate.

    When I am running a Consumption report and there are accounts with either high/low meters or meter change outs and I export the data the CSV file carries both the consumption and charges for those accounts double. This means the report is inaccurate and not able to be used as is. Further you would have no idea that this is happening unless you comb through the report which is not realistic.   17. Plants/Wells set as wells for gallons pumped and not standard account for gallons billed

    My plants/wells are currently set up as a standard account. My old system accounted for these being wells and treated them as such utilizing the gallons as pumped and not used. It would then put it on a report with the gallons billed to create the percentage and gallons of water loss for the month. As it is, we have to calculate the consumption for the plants and then put it in the operations summary in order to view the percentage of water loss. It would be really nice to have this automated.

  19. Rate Code List Report Enhancement

    Add same limit and code filter options that are available on other reports to the Rate Code List report. Also add date range option so you can filter by the effective date of the rates.

  20. Sewer on and off date options for customers that are considered snowbirds

    Currently we do not have the option to stop and turn on the sewer services for customers that leave for 1 plus months out of the year. They receive a base rate of $23 for having a water meter; but will not be charge for the 10 plus days they were still occupying the house for
    sewer services. By having this ability, it would eliminate human error to remember to turn the services back on.
