    Meter change report – To allow the meter changeout report to include the old and new meter number and reading. Currently the report only provides the old meter information, so we must pull another report and do a comparison with the account numbers to get the new meter information. Also including the removal reason in the changeout report. Being able to properly track the reason why our meters are being changed is very important, so that we can determine if a specific brand or make of meters should be re-purchased.   2. Robo Calls going to more than one telephone number, have more than one primary telephone number.

    We would like to be able to have more than one primary telephone number on an account to send Robo Calls to.

  5. Transaction History by Payments or Charges Only

    In the History tab, transactions have options for limiting/sorting what you can view. It would be helpful if we could limit viewing transactions by Charges, Payments, or Misc Charges only.

  6. Color Coding

    The ability to color code accounts. For example, in our old billing system we would be able to mark attributes for an account and some of those attributes were the color codes. See first picture. Different colors meant different things to us here in the office. For example, we had a specific color for tenants and landlords, so that when we were speaking with a customer and pulled up their account we would see the color block and know that we were speaking with a tenant and wouldn't have to search for that information.   7. Rate Code List Changes

    We use the Rate Code List Report to verify that we have successfully changed all of the PGA rates from month to month. We print it to have a record that the price was changed. In a future update, you might consider adding a date selection to this report, as it prints all dates and that can make for a lengthy report. We really only need the most one or two recent changes.

  9. Customer Contact Wizard Impovements

    (1.) It would be very helpful to see the service address listed in the Customer Contact Wizard as well customer number. Neither of these are included presently. Location number is there, which is very helpful, but when we need to eliminate groups of customers, we do not have associated service addresses memorized and so cannot tell who to eliminate and keep. Why make extra work when we have this awesome, powerful database with all of this information in it? We do not personally need "Linked Account number," but perhaps others do.

  10. Reporting Shut Offs by assignment date?

    Is it possible to generate a list of customers who’s Account status on the Customer tab on the Account Control Panel is defined as “Shut off.” Additionally, if this report can be generated, can it tell us when the status was changed? The “Date Status Assigned” appears to the right of the dropdown box pertaining to Account status but I was wondering if this could be reproduced in the report I’m looking for.

  11. Reporting for billing adjustments

    I would like to see better reporting for billing adjustments. Instead of running a transaction list to filter the adjustment type that will then require looking at each individual transaction or account to determine the reason for the adjustment, it would be good to see this reason on the transaction list report.

  12. Add summary option to the charge register

    In the charge register report, would be great to have an option for a summary type report. We currently have to pull the entire report (4000 pages) in order to see just the last pages of summary information.

  13. Add Alert to Clear Readings before Model Changes

    Add an alert/error message in UMS >> Manage Installations. When a user is editing an inventory item to "Change Model" on the device if unbilled meter readings/usage exist the users will not see all models available in UMS. It would be helpful to have an alert displayed instructing the user to CLEAR ALL readings from the meter to see available models.

  14. multiple autopay options for the customer

    A customer should be able to determine if they want weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly autopays drafted either for the full bill amount or partial bill amount. It would work wonders for collections if they had an autopay option that aligned with the customers' needs. Right now we control the draft and the only clean way to do it is to offer once per month. Using location codes is not a clean way to do this. It should be controlled by the customer from the payment portal and less of a manual process on our end.

  15. Prevent Duplicate Emails on Communication Wizard

    Communication wizard – ignoring duplicates:

    You can see below an example. Thornwell Home is an orphanage in Clinton SC with multiple buildings on gas. Their email is in each one. These are just a few of them; there are more. As it is, an email to billing@thornwell.org will go out to each one. I can see the duplicate need for e-statements or payment receipts, but to send an email for something else requires a lot of prep work to delete duplicates.   17. budget

    I would like to have an "As Of" report that would show how much a customer or range of customers are either ahead or behind on their Budget Billing plan. I know it can be seen on an individual customer's account history, but for our audit we would like to see totals so that we can come to a Deferred/Unearned Revenue balance. If it ever were to come a day to close the business, how do we know how much is owed or due from customers?

  19. Add Actual Customer Payment Counts to Pre-Posting Reports

    We would like to see total actual customer counts which we are required to report on for daily metrics on tasks that the CSR staff completes. Total number of customer payments accepted is not currently found on Pre-Posting. We need a way for UMS to provide an easy way to determine a total number of payments entered when entering multi-location/account payments for each user. Example take 1 check that applies to 10 rental locations, this is counted as 1 on the Pre-Posting report. We would like to see a total count of Customers accounts that had payments applied to them.

  20. Street number sorting in searches

    I would love to see the street numbers (house/ address number part of address) in street address sort numerically as in 1,2,3,..10,11,12,..21,22,23...30,31...100,101, etc. instead of 1,10,100,...2,20,200,2001,21,22, etc. so that we can see true order of addresses when searching. Thank you! :)
