Request for Additional Fillable Fields on Online Service Order Form
Has your service tech. ever opened up a meter changeout work order but was not able to enter the serial numbers for the new meter and/or transmitter in pre-designated fields? Line items for this information can be seen on a printed service order, but there are no field "prompts" for entering this information on an online service order. See below. Please vote for this time-saving, accuracy promoting, environmentally conscious (just say "no" to paper waste) improvement. Thank you!

Multi document scanning

Ability to Split Imported Payments from Gateway
We had a customer make a payment through the CWP. When they paid on the CWP, they paid on (2) locations with the same customer number by making (1) payment. This payment got "stuck" in Gateway and needed to be imported to the customers account(s). Gateway does not give the option to split the imported payment across the (2) locations. If the customer was able to select the (2) locations on the CWP to split the payment, it would be nice to have the option to split the payment when importing from Gateway. Communication for accounts with multi locations
If a single customer is billed for multiple locations and they are set up for IVR/SMS notifications, UMS will send a test/call notification for each billed location instead just calling/messaging once for that customer. We want an option to disable and send only one notification.

Backflow Test History
We would like to be able to see pass/fail tests on disposed backflow devices.
"If we were audited by the State of Utah and they wanted, for example, 3 years of testing information, any locations with devices that have been “disposed” and replaced would only have the current test on the report, which makes it look like they weren’t tested in the past."

batch bill correction
presently there's not way to correct a whole bill file batch all at once. ums should be able to do that and also to include a statement account note to print on the new bill. the new bill should have the revised bill date and revised bill due date on it as well.

contract payoff
more accessible contract payoff balance for a location. right now drilling down is by service and multiple clicks per service. any amortization schedule should include the location's current status on the schedule

payment arrangement draft
It would help us if there was a payment arrangement draft mode where we can put the arrangement on the account in an inactive status, send out the paperwork to the customer (sometimes it is more than one party) and then after the agreement documents are signed, then activate the arrangement on the account. This way there isn't an active arrangement on the account while we are waiting for documents during which time a bill could post.

SERVICE ORDERS Date due VS Scheduled Date
Date Due VS Scheduled Date. To me this is the same and it auto populates with todays date in the Date Due, the scheduled date is the date you choose for the workorder to be done.
Can the DATE DUE be changed to say either Todays Date OR Date S/O Created? Very confusing for our Techs when those to fields come to them with two different dates. Missy

NEED option for a different Bill Format online for a different rate code
In California, SB998 and other legislature require we use the number of occupants, lot size, and irrigable area in calculating the customer indoor/outdoor rates. We do NOT use this same formula for non-residential customers. We need anyone logging on to view their bill through the customer portal to be able to see the correct information (simple three tiers for non-res) for THEIR rate code. We have been told this isn't possible. MAKE CUSI MAGIC!

Change Existing Deposit Code
We would like to be able to change existing Deposit Codes in the Modify Deposit Master screen. This way if one is selected incorrectly or needs to be changed for one reason or another then it can be changed without refunding it and reapplying it.

Disallow Payment Methods
The IVR should honor and disallow payment methods. End users know how to extend shut-off periods, knowing that the IVR allows all payment methods.

Contacts should have the same "Type" fields as Customers
Contacts should also have a "Type" similar to the Customer Types "Individual, Profit, Non Profit, Government".
We need to enter business information as a contact but, are forced not to follow best practices and enter them as an individual with a first name and last name.

Batch Management Screen shows 0.00 dollars and makes users take extra steps to find correct batch to close
The "Batch Management" screen shows 0.00 in the Total column. When a user is trying to select their batches to close they need to click on many for that day to find the right one by total. Why have a Total column if it is always 0.00? To us, it makes our job more time consuming and makes 0.00 sense. Could you please put the batch Actual Total in that column?

CUSTOMER CONTACT LIST
Please improve the customer contact list so that the location number is included. The contact wizard requires the imported file to be formatted using the account number AND the location number. The customer contact list with tenants checked is the only way to pull a report with the email addresses for the tenants but without the location number included, it's useless in the customer contact wizard.

contact information "as of" field
In the phone number field area and the email field area for customers as well as contacts, it would be nice to have an "as of" field where we can log the date the contact information was last updated.

Manage Broadcasts
Please consider adding a Date/Time column to the main menu for Manage Broadcasts. You can currently only see the date by looking inside of each broadcast details. It would be easier find campaigns if the dates were in main window, and not just in the details window. It takes extra time to see dig through and find specific items when reviewing broadcast results.

Option for no statement in Communication Preferences
Some customers do not want to receive a statement at all so it would be helpful to have an option for "no statement" in Communication Preferences. Right now, UMS doesn't allow for there to be no statement option checked.

One week email notification prior to ACH Autopay Transactions
We have customers - property managers in particular - who would like to receive an email notification prior to ACH autopayment transactions being applied. Many utilities with autopay features do provide an email notification a week prior to the transaction being applied. This helps our customers to ensure funds are available and prevent declines/fees.
