  3. Entering Rate updates

    When updating new rates, it would be helpful if there was a heading that verified which rate you are working on. If interrupted while keying in the new rates, then CSR has to back all the way out to verify which rate they are working on, and then start over.

  4. merge location numbers

    I would like to be able to Merge Locations together. IE: a second location was made for an address by mistake...it wouldbe nice to be able to merge that location into another. Thanks.

  5. Account Number Defaulted on the Control panel.

    Pre Posey Township Water Corp.
    We are not talking about when you select the search option that pulls up based on your last search.
    We are wanting to pull a customer account up. Review their account and do what we need to do. Then be able to type in a new account number without having to double-click the account number selection. We want the account number on the control panel to stay highlighted at all times.

  6. Create a .msi installer so it's easier for Intune Deployments.

    Currently there is only a .exe installer. It would be nice to have a .msi installer so we could use it for things like Intune deployments. You can use .exe with Intune but .msi setups are much easier for that.

  7. Include Route on Payment Receipt

    This month we had over 400 customers to disconnect. I was hoping we would have been able to change the Communications email that is sent once a customer makes a payment, to include the Route# that the customer is in. This feature would be so much more helpful than to have to look it up in the system. The email that is currently received only has:

  8. Please reinstate the ability to view 2nd Party Notifications under the Billing process

    During the Suspension notice process (under Billing>Create Delinquency) we used to see the 2nd Party Notifications that were generated for Contacts with that Communication Preference checked when selecting "Preview Unposted Notice." But now, they can only be viewed by closing that box and going to Reporting >Notices > Shut Off Notice. Once I verify that they 2nd Party Notification notices look okay, I have to close that box and go back and re-populate the Create Delinquency box to go on to Post the notices.   9. open account in UMS from email link

    UMS sends an email when a customer signs up for autopay. This is a great feature because we check the account to make sure they are not paying multiple locations by accident.

    It would be super awesome if the email we get could include a link to open the corresponding account in UMS.

  10. Filter Receivables by Age

    We would like to be able to filter our AR report by age. For example, being able to pull a report of customers only 30-60 days overdue. Currently, the only way to do that is to export the AR report to Excel. If you choose 60 days in UMS, it groups everyone by 1-60 days.

  11. Have Consistency with Account numbers when pulling reports

    When pulling multiple reports into a CSV file one report will have the leading zeros and another report will not have them. Resulting in a lot of time wasted editing the report to work with it. We would prefer not to have the leading zeros if that is available.

  12. Mass Add via Spreadsheet

    The much-vaunted mass-add wizard is now over a year old, and is essentially useless. The data entry is clunky, you have to click multiple times to complete each line, it's barely faster than one-at-a-time entry. The ability to provide a .csv or other spreadsheet listing the information would make this actually good, enabling tab stops so you don't have to stop and click with the mouse in between each cell would at least make it usable.

  14. Consolidated bills

    The ability to email a consolidated to the master account only. We were told that consolidated bills have to be printed and physically mailed. Our consolidated customer received their bills via email. The idea of a consolidated bill is good but there's room for much inprovement.

  16. Revise Consumption DTL Report

    It would be nice if the layout of the Consumption History DTL report printed from the Usage tab in UMS could be revised. The report reflects a column labeled "Charges," but the Usage tab in UMS breaks the charges down into "Minimum" and "Total Charge" (which really Total Charge is not the total charge, you have to add those two columns together to get the total charge. The Total Charge column is really the usage charge after the minimum.). It would be nice if the report reflected these two columns individually like the Usage tab does (Minimum and Consumption after…

    My backflow device tester history is very long. Many we don't use anymore. I would like the ability to hide testers that don't submit tests anymore or have expired licenses to keep my list shorter an up to date.

  18. Include Mailing Address as a Sort Option for Process Related Reports

    Printing Billing Edit List or any other process related reports (delinquency lists, etc.) - Is there anyway that you can add Mailing Address as a sort option. So that my address are in order. Instead of the address and customers printing out of order. example : Starting with 1 and so on and until ending in 966.

  19. Location Alt ID

    We are utilizing this field for our accounts without a permanent addresses. We use that field to hold a CAD identification number and when transferring data from system to another it's needed. Right now it has to be done manually which takes far too much time. Please consider adding this to the report. Or at least the customer list report.

  20. Multi Location Payments

    We are wanting to edit the logic of X amount of NSFs goes to Cash Only for Multi Location Payments. We found that when one customer makes a payment across multiple locations and it has to have an NSF that each location will count towards the cash only NSF count. If we have one payment across multiple locations we expect it to issue one NSF towards the cash only count under Setup > Company.
