contact information "as of" field
In the phone number field area and the email field area for customers as well as contacts, it would be nice to have an "as of" field where we can log the date the contact information was last updated.

Manage Broadcasts
Please consider adding a Date/Time column to the main menu for Manage Broadcasts. You can currently only see the date by looking inside of each broadcast details. It would be easier find campaigns if the dates were in main window, and not just in the details window. It takes extra time to see dig through and find specific items when reviewing broadcast results.

Suppress Early Pay Discounts on Final Bills
We do not allow any discounts for early payment on Final Bills. This means we presently have to manually adjust each Final Account after the bill is paid. It would be great if UMS could simply not enter a discounted amount for Final Bills.

Option for no statement in Communication Preferences
Some customers do not want to receive a statement at all so it would be helpful to have an option for "no statement" in Communication Preferences. Right now, UMS doesn't allow for there to be no statement option checked.

A total number of code filters selected and the ability to group code filters so that you do not have to select one at a time.

Communication for accounts with multi locations
If a single customer is billed for multiple locations and they are set up for IVR/SMS notifications, UMS will send a test/call notification for each billed location instead just calling/messaging once for that customer. We want an option to disable and send only one notification.

Make address fields the same for customer # and location #
Make address fields the same for customer # and location # . This process is especially difficult during a move in. There are no Unit or Building number fields on the location side do not exist so after a move in it goes to address line 2 and then doesn't show in the customer profile. See examples. This came from an onsite visit I had with Medina.

Batch Management Screen shows 0.00 dollars and makes users take extra steps to find correct batch to close
The "Batch Management" screen shows 0.00 in the Total column. When a user is trying to select their batches to close they need to click on many for that day to find the right one by total. Why have a Total column if it is always 0.00? To us, it makes our job more time consuming and makes 0.00 sense. Could you please put the batch Actual Total in that column?

Service Orders: add "Open Comments" text to list views within service orders
Add "Open Comments" that can be created with service orders to the list view so that operators do not have to open each service order and can quickly view comments in the list views.

CUSTOMER CONTACT LIST
Please improve the customer contact list so that the location number is included. The contact wizard requires the imported file to be formatted using the account number AND the location number. The customer contact list with tenants checked is the only way to pull a report with the email addresses for the tenants but without the location number included, it's useless in the customer contact wizard.

The Ability To Customize The Spacing In Ebill Configuration
Need the ability to customize the ebill spacing in ebill configuration. For example have the ability to change the spacing from single space to double space if need be.

When changes are made in Setup > GL Code Groups or Chart of Accounts can we prompt to update everything in tblledger- all historical ledgers?

Add Phone Field & Email Field to Setup Autopay
It would be very helpful if a phone & email field were added to the Setup Autopay when a customer enrolls. If there is an issue with their payment we have up to date contact information.
Please add required fields to Setup Autopay:
- Phone Field
- Add Email Address (verify)

the adjustment report doesn't show usage adjustments, only dollar values. if we adjust dollars and gallons it would be beneficial to see both on the posting totals report

open balance over dollar value
cbsw used to allow us to run an open balance report for accounts over a certain dollar value. i don't see the option anymore so i have to export it and then sort it. too many steps

owner as contact
an owner in the owner tab with contact preferences set should trigger copies of bills and notices as listed.
Or at least a one button activation of the owner's information into the Contacts tab.

NEED option for a different Bill Format online for a different rate code
In California, SB998 and other legislature require we use the number of occupants, lot size, and irrigable area in calculating the customer indoor/outdoor rates. We do NOT use this same formula for non-residential customers. We need anyone logging on to view their bill through the customer portal to be able to see the correct information (simple three tiers for non-res) for THEIR rate code. We have been told this isn't possible. MAKE CUSI MAGIC!

Color Coding
The ability to color code accounts. For example, in our old billing system we would be able to mark attributes for an account and some of those attributes were the color codes. See first picture. Different colors meant different things to us here in the office. For example, we had a specific color for tenants and landlords, so that when we were speaking with a customer and pulled up their account we would see the color block and know that we were speaking with a tenant and wouldn't have to search for that information. See second picture.
