IVR calling all numbers instead of only primary
When running an IVR (ie: shutoff list) it will only call the primary tele #. Please make it call all numbers listed. I know there is an option out there on another function now. Not sure why it's not an option on any IVR. Thank you.

Add Customer Balance as a merge field option
So when sending letters, notices, etc to customers, you can send one to the customer with total balance for all locations under that customer. Will save time and money and be more streamline and convenient.

saved web portal payment used to pay from UMS
If a customer has payment information saved in their wallet on the customer web portal our team should be able to click a single button from their UMS to accept a payment via that saved payment method. If they have multiple methods saved they could show up in a list of like last 4 digits or something and then the customer can specify and click boom done. The data is already out there so there just has to be an easier way than us keying in a quick pay for them every month. Even if not in UMS we should…

Mass Entry of Locations
We support a growing community where a new neighborhood of houses is developed with over 100 houses many times a year. We need an import tool from excel that allows us to mass enter new locations so we don't have to enter each one manually one by one.

Suppress Early Pay Discounts on Final Bills
We do not allow any discounts for early payment on Final Bills. This means we presently have to manually adjust each Final Account after the bill is paid. It would be great if UMS could simply not enter a discounted amount for Final Bills.

Request for Additional Fillable Fields on Online Service Order Form
Has your service tech. ever opened up a meter changeout work order but was not able to enter the serial numbers for the new meter and/or transmitter in pre-designated fields? Line items for this information can be seen on a printed service order, but there are no field "prompts" for entering this information on an online service order. See below. Please vote for this time-saving, accuracy promoting, environmentally conscious (just say "no" to paper waste) improvement. Thank you!

Ability to Split Imported Payments from Gateway
We had a customer make a payment through the CWP. When they paid on the CWP, they paid on (2) locations with the same customer number by making (1) payment. This payment got "stuck" in Gateway and needed to be imported to the customers account(s). Gateway does not give the option to split the imported payment across the (2) locations. If the customer was able to select the (2) locations on the CWP to split the payment, it would be nice to have the option to split the payment when importing from Gateway. Communication for accounts with multi locations
If a single customer is billed for multiple locations and they are set up for IVR/SMS notifications, UMS will send a test/call notification for each billed location instead just calling/messaging once for that customer. We want an option to disable and send only one notification.

batch bill correction
presently there's not way to correct a whole bill file batch all at once. ums should be able to do that and also to include a statement account note to print on the new bill. the new bill should have the revised bill date and revised bill due date on it as well.

more accessible contract payoff balance for a location. right now drilling down is by service and multiple clicks per service. any amortization schedule should include the location's current status on the schedule

payment arrangement draft
It would help us if there was a payment arrangement draft mode where we can put the arrangement on the account in an inactive status, send out the paperwork to the customer (sometimes it is more than one party) and then after the agreement documents are signed, then activate the arrangement on the account. This way there isn't an active arrangement on the account while we are waiting for documents during which time a bill could post.

SERVICE ORDERS Date due VS Scheduled Date
Date Due VS Scheduled Date. To me this is the same and it auto populates with todays date in the Date Due, the scheduled date is the date you choose for the workorder to be done.
Can the DATE DUE be changed to say either Todays Date OR Date S/O Created? Very confusing for our Techs when those to fields come to them with two different dates. Missy

NEED option for a different Bill Format online for a different rate code
In California, SB998 and other legislature require we use the number of occupants, lot size, and irrigable area in calculating the customer indoor/outdoor rates. We do NOT use this same formula for non-residential customers. We need anyone logging on to view their bill through the customer portal to be able to see the correct information (simple three tiers for non-res) for THEIR rate code. We have been told this isn't possible. MAKE CUSI MAGIC!

Change Existing Deposit Code
We would like to be able to change existing Deposit Codes in the Modify Deposit Master screen. This way if one is selected incorrectly or needs to be changed for one reason or another then it can be changed without refunding it and reapplying it.
