Expiration Date for Disallow Payment Methods
An expiration date is needed to disallow payment methods. There is no mass way to reset or mass clear disallowed payment methods. Many utilities want these to expire after 12 months.

Memorized Report Parameters
I need to run several reports at the end of every month, and it would sure be nice if we were able to "memorize" each report and have a dedicated folder for "User Reports" to save time at the end of each month. For those that use QuickBooks, I'm thinking something like how you can memorize reports in their program. What do you think?

Email notification on ALL payments made for accounts in shut off status.
Our system is set up to send us email notifications when a payment is made on an account in shut off status.
The system will ONLY generate an email if the payment takes the account out of shut off status.
We have a payment threshold set that any account over $100 will be shut off monthly. For example, If the balance is $150, and the customer pays $51, they will be removed from the shut off list this month, but they will still be in shutoff status because the payment did not satisfy the system requirement. Add "Device Note" to service order task page
When crew is out in the field viewing work orders on a computer (iPad), and they pull up a work order, they are unable to see the "device note"/ meter location. It would be helpful if this was added to the viewing screen without having to select "print".

Payment Reminder Emails
The ability to send payment reminder emails in advance of the payment. For people on arrangements this notice would contain the due date and payment amount. For auto-pay accounts, this notice would contain the amount to be drafted, the date of the draft, and the last 4 of the account number to be drafted.

Ability to select default payment when batch has multiple payment types
It would be nice to set a default payment type when having a batch that allows multiple payment types. For example, everything is defaulted to cash when taking a payment when all types are allowed, however, the bulk of our workplace payments are by check so it would be nice to have it defaulted to a different option.

In reporting add a way to generate a report by Subdivisions.

Automatic Notification for Landlord Reversion
Would love a way to send landlords a notification automatically when a location goes back into their name. Some landlords are set up for landlord reversion, so they want to know the date it happens before they get their first bill.

Backflow Tester List
My backflow tester list is very long and hard to find people quickly. Many we don't use anymore. I would like the ability to hide testers that don't submit tests anymore and have long expired licenses to keep my list short and updated.

Mass Change of Rate Codes for Service Dialog
1) Don't reset the form each time a change is processed. The Service details section of this dialog resets with any change to the Limit details or Code filters sections. This isn't helpful when changing multiple rate codes.
2) Order the New rate code drop down list alphabetically by rate code to make it easier to locate the new rate code. With over 200 rate codes, it's challenging to find the one needed when the list isn't in any particular order.2 votesThank you for your enhancement request and for contributing your idea. Need ability to enter both customer name or account number by default to access customer account
Would like to have the ability to enter both customer name or account number by default to access customer account without having to use the pull down tab to enter by customer name.

If account receivables had an Includes button for unposted payments
It would be nice if you added unposted payments to include in the aged receivables options so they don't show as still outstanding when the payment has been made but not posted yet.

Notifications when payments are made on lien accounts

Provide a way to delete open service orders in mass vs. one by one.

Add payment to mobile application.
It would be very helpful to show if a members account is paid or not on the mobile application our field crews use. This would be efficient during the times the offices are closed, including weekends, when a member is locked out and they make a payment after hours. Currently, we cannot see the status of an account only their name, address, location number, and phone number(s).

Account Number Defaulted on the Control panel.

We are not talking about when you select the search option that pulls up based on your last search.
We are wanting to pull a customer account up. Review their account and do what we need to do. Then be able to type in a new account number without having to double-click the account number selection. Larger font size in windows and in printout reports
On the Account Control Panel window, it is possible to increase the size of the window, and therefore the font, of the window. This is very nice and we just discovered it was possible.
Would like for this to be possible for all windows and also for printed reports. Some of the printed reports are very small font and very hard to read.8 votesAdditional votes are needed to move this request forward.
