Customer/ Location Report that includes both Service/ Location Address and Customer mailing address
I think that we are missing the most basic and "complete" report from UMS for mailing in that there is no report I see that gives me both the Location address and the Customer mailing address so that I can see that I am addressing the locations I want when mailing. The report should include all of the following:
Location Number
Customer Number
Location/ Service Address
Customer First, Last Names
Customer Mailing address, phones, emails
Owner First, Last Names
Owner Mailing address, phones, emailsThis report does not, for me in particular need to include the CUSI/ UMS "Account Number"…

Service Orders: Automatically select the Meter
Creating based on User Conference feedback:
When creating a service order, and the location has a meter associated with it, we would like to see the Meter automatically selected instead of having to manually do it on every service order. As part of our business process, we always select the meter on every service order. It would save time and generate efficiency.

Mass Add Wizard
If a Property Manager manages multiple properties, currently, we are having to add the contact to each account with any corresponding notes, attachments, misc fees, etc. For example, if the Property Manager managed 90 accounts, owned by different owners, it would be helpful to have some sort of Wizard Mass add function with the ability to add the accounts we would like to update and have the option of adding any of the listed items at the same time. Payment Arrangement Report
In UMS a report is needed to show the arrangement balance per account. The report should have the following data elements:
Account No
Location No
Account Name
Location Address
Arrangement Number
Arrangement Status
Arrangement Frequency
Arrangement Starting Amount
Arrangement Current Balance Due (if any)
Arrangement "Pay Off" BalanceWhen running the report, you should have options to limit to all arrangments, unpaid arrangments, and broken arrangments.

Adjust Bill
Include a reference tab when processing “Adjust bill”. This will allow for comments to be entered to clearly specify the reason why we are adjusting a specific charge/month. The feature to enter comments is available when selecting “Adjust”.

Please lengthen time or eliminate the timing out on Service Orders, they time out too quickly!
Often while working on Service Orders, they time out too quickly and we have to start over after having entered lots of information that then disappears. It is very frustrating as we are a small operation stretched thin not a lot of time to waste re-doing our work. Is there any way to significantly lengthen the time we can be in a service order before it times out or can we eliminate them timing out altogether? Thanks!

Filter Options For Miscellaneous Rates
Referring to Ticket 89901 (images available)
When filtering reports or any limit option by rate codes, Miscellaneous does not have the ability to choose the rates we have added to our system, instead it gives a generic "MISC or "MISCM". It would be helpful to pull reports with the ability to differentiate the different types of Misc rates rather than having to spend the time to filter the file each time we pull a report. It will be extremely helpful also when posting transactions.

Consumption History Top 10 Users
National User Conference Request: Need the ability to run the Consumption History report and pull the top 10 users for the period. This should be the overall top 10 users (sum of the time period) and not per billing.

Expired Recurring Credit Cards: AutoPay Filter
When using the Expired Recurring Credit cards feature, it would be useful to have a filtering option to filter to Auto-Pay expired cards verses all wallet items that a web user has saved when generating the report to send notifications to customers.

Expired Credit Card Report
I am reaching out about the expired credit card report that we pull monthly. Is there a way to only pull the expiration month and year for what we are looking for? I know there is an option to deselect customers when running the report before sending them a reminder email. It would be easier if we could put in a date range we are wanting to run.
As an example –
We processed January’s expiring credit card report. Allow multiple "mobile" numbers
Or remove the "phone type" requirement all together, make it optional. When I go to enter in a second "mobile" number for example, it's a couple, and I want to have both of their cell phone numbers in the system, it only allows one per phone type. So I have to enter one as "mobile" and one as "home" even though both phone numbers are "mobile"
10 votesThere is already the ability to add multiple phone types within UMS. Users can go to Setup > Setup Phone Types and add the additional phone type. If you have questions or need help, please reach out to our Tech Support staff for assistance.

Audit Trail
To provide a more in-depth audit report. For example, we would like to know who changed or deleted the phone number or email address, or who edited to usage rate. Currently the audit report only shows who viewed the account and not any changes that a specific user made.

Print Auto Pay Statements Separately
We would like to be able to print statements for Auto Pay customers (or credit/zero balance customers) separately, so we can send those bills without return envelopes. Currently, you can exclude those types from your bill run, but you cannot then run them separately.

Sort shutoff service orders by route
We do all our shutoffs in one day so we need to print service orders for the entire company but it doesn't give us an option to sort by route which would be much more helpful and efficient. We'd like to be able to sort by route when in the create service orders screen during the shutoff delinquency process

Credit Card Failures
We would like to see emails automatically sent to customers who's reoccurring credit card payments fail stating the same error we receive on the error report
8 votesRecurring credit card payment notifications are automatically sent to the customer (whether successful or unsuccessful) based on what Communication Preferences the customer has selected on the 'Autopay Notices' preference.

Notes Tab
In the note section it would be nice to be able to see any emails that are sent from UMS to the customers. Whether it be a notifications like delinquencies and shut offs. We are only able to see the statements that are emailed out.
8 votesAs previously mentioned, these email notifications (Statements/Delinquencies/Shutoffs) are now present in the customer's "Email History" view under the History Tab as of UMS version 6.8+. These email notifications will show for any customer that has been sent these emails through UMS processes. In order for a customer to receive these emails, they need a valid email on the account, as well as the email communication preference for Delinquencies.

RCC/ACH Removal After Final Bill Payment Processed
National User Conference 2022: Need an option to remove RCC/ACH information AFTER the payment for the final bill is processed.
8 votesWe had to compromise and now added the ability to remove expired recurring credit cards while limiting to only final billed accounts, which is available in UMS version 6.10. We will look into possibly removing ACH information for final billed customers at a later date.

UMS Client Display Resolution Scaling
We would like to see a change implemented in the UMS client to prevent the need for manual PC changes for each user with a High DPI monitor.
There is a workaround for the UMS Client not rendering properly when the user’s scaling is set to a high number. We have a user with a 1440p monitor and scaling at 250%.
