    We receive a lot of complaints about this, too. It is extremely difficult for the customer to verify and then try to set up auto pay by themselves. Many times they think it is set up, but it's not and they don't know that until they receive a late notice.

    Rate Study Report - the revenue needs to have a grand total at the end of the report.
    Audit History Report - would be nice to be able to SORT by NAME or DATE.
    Auto Payment Customers Report - needs to have total dollar amount at the end.

    The payment screen is not user friendly. You have to use too many mouse clicks to navigate appropriately. Being able to just hit enter to post the payment would greatly save time, also if after you hit enter, the cursor automatically goes to the SEARCH window so we can enter the next payment.
