An error occurred while saving the comment Candace commentedI like the concept of this. It would be more helpful for our team if it also had a tracking system for what we call our "rick roll accounts". These pay just enough to keep out of range of a disconnect, but never pay off their balance in its entirety so they continually leave a balance out there. (ex. pay a payment plan startup fee and disappear for months until notices go out again, then pay just enough to satisfy the next startup fee, and then here we go again).

We are working on configuring the timeout settings for Mobile Service Orders in UMS version 6.10.
An error occurred while saving the comment Candace commentedWe use Elements instead, but I feel this so much.
If the timeout feature can't be avoided - an autosave feature would resolve the issue as well.Candace supported this idea · -

Declined autopays I set up an email template but it is still one at a time. :(
Very time consuming and outdated as our last system did both of these tasks without our involvement.
In addition, when exporting a file type, the corresponding program should open. If I export to a CSV notepad, notepad++, or Excel should correspondingly open the exported file. Exporting a PDF would open Adobe or IE or whichever reader is defaulted as primary.
