  1. Customer/ Location Report that includes both Service/ Location Address and Customer mailing address

    I think that we are missing the most basic and "complete" report from UMS for mailing in that there is no report I see that gives me both the Location address and the Customer mailing address so that I can see that I am addressing the locations I want when mailing. The report should include all of the following:
    Location Number
    Customer Number
    Location/ Service Address
    Customer First, Last Names
    Customer Mailing address, phones, emails
    Owner First, Last Names
    Owner Mailing address, phones, emails

    This report does not, for me in particular need to include the CUSI/ UMS "Account Number"…

  2. View Communication Results for E-bills

    After sending e-bills, a View Communication Results box pops up with an option to show all, show errors or don't show. If you click on either option, that UMS generated report disappears forever. It would be nice to be able to view errors if there are any and then view all accounts that bills were emailed to.

  4. Declined Autopay & Expiring Credit Card - Auto Email & Auto Note

    Our Agency manually sends out emails and note each account for all expiring credit cards and declined autopay items. It would be extremely helpful if there was a way to have this automated. Please reach out if more details are needed.

  7. Mass Entry of Locations

    We support a growing community where a new neighborhood of houses is developed with over 100 houses many times a year. We need an import tool from excel that allows us to mass enter new locations so we don't have to enter each one manually one by one.

  8. Detailed email history from using Customer Contact Wizard

    The emails that are sent through Customer Contact Wizard currently only show customer name / account number / date email was sent / and subject of email through the report. There is no history of communication on the user's account. I think there should be detailed email history available so it includes email body and/or the ability to cc the utility admin on all correspondences through customer contact wizard. In addition, being able to view every communication through the user's account (control panel).

  9. Payment Time Stamp on Customer Payment History Report

    Tracking of manual entry payment times and have the times reflected on the Customer Payment History report. Presently, the report shows 12:00 AM for all payments, which is inaccurate. CBSW tracked the Processed and Closed Dates and Times in Transaction Details.

  11. batch bill correction

    presently there's not way to correct a whole bill file batch all at once. ums should be able to do that and also to include a statement account note to print on the new bill. the new bill should have the revised bill date and revised bill due date on it as well.

  14. Adjust Bill

    Include a reference tab when processing “Adjust bill”. This will allow for comments to be entered to clearly specify the reason why we are adjusting a specific charge/month. The feature to enter comments is available when selecting “Adjust”.

  15. Ability to Split Imported Payments from Gateway

    We had a customer make a payment through the CWP. When they paid on the CWP, they paid on (2) locations with the same customer number by making (1) payment. This payment got "stuck" in Gateway and needed to be imported to the customers account(s). Gateway does not give the option to split the imported payment across the (2) locations. If the customer was able to select the (2) locations on the CWP to split the payment, it would be nice to have the option to split the payment when importing from Gateway.   17. CWP from UMS account

    How cool would it be if we are working with a customer in UMS and we could click a button that opens up their location on the CWP.

    And similarly, a button on the CWP when in CSR view that opens up the corresponding location in UMS.

  18. payment arrangement draft

    It would help us if there was a payment arrangement draft mode where we can put the arrangement on the account in an inactive status, send out the paperwork to the customer (sometimes it is more than one party) and then after the agreement documents are signed, then activate the arrangement on the account. This way there isn't an active arrangement on the account while we are waiting for documents during which time a bill could post.

  19. Manage Broadcasts

    Please consider adding a Date/Time column to the main menu for Manage Broadcasts. You can currently only see the date by looking inside of each broadcast details. It would be easier find campaigns if the dates were in main window, and not just in the details window. It takes extra time to see dig through and find specific items when reviewing broadcast results.

  20. Add Phone Field & Email Field to Setup Autopay

    It would be very helpful if a phone & email field were added to the Setup Autopay when a customer enrolls. If there is an issue with their payment we have up to date contact information.
