   Yes, conversely as well! Happens, too, when tyring to adjust make fonts, etc. smaller as in my case. I do not like everything magnified because I have added a second, larger monitor. Would like everything to be remain same and fit more on rather than get larger. Would be great if could choose smaller sizes in UMS and have things fit properly.

   Might try modifying your process, too, to simplify. We require full balance due by specified due date upon entering shutoff status (balance over 30 days at billing time, we bill once/month). With full balance due, no question about how much is due. Works well. God bless!
